    If I could give zero stars I would. I've had an account here for three weeks and it's been nothing but a run around. I deposited a check from another account, it cleared from the other account but BOA would no release the funds into my BOA account. Trying to get a reason is impossible and all I get is an automated number that doesn't help. Meanwhile I can't pay my mortgage. As soon as I can wrest my money away from these thieves I am closing this account. I was warned not to do business with BOA and I didn't listen.

    As first time home buyers with little knowledge about the whole process we were nervous to begin our search. However, after meeting Kevin we instantly felt at ease! From day one we knew Kevin had our backs. He provided us with information on so many aspects within the process that at times I would find myself calling him before my mortgage lender, attorney, etc. He never hesitated to answer any silly question I had. He also put up with all my awkward requests and demands! After viewing many homes we finally found our dream home, thanks to Kevin! His knowledge, patience, and professionalism made this process go smoother than I would have ever expected! We would HIGHLY recommend him!

    I am in shock of how rude,disrespectful,arrogant and down right nasty Melanie from this company was to me! Bob although antiquated was at least a nice man. Melanie went out of her way to not take blame for her mistakes,tell me how hard she is not going to work for me if Im not in this for the long haul and tried to overwhelmingly push my business away!!!!!!!!! They made big mistakes with my policy that cost me a lot of money and I decided to give them a second chance? Wow what a mistake that was! Steer clear of this insurance co.

    I like COA at Tewksbury. Everyone there is very nice. You can see that they love and care about the kids. They always calm my daughter down in the morning when i drop her off. In general they are all Awesome, i couldn't have gotten any better place for my daughter Ibrahim Kizito
