- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am in shock of how rude,disrespectful,arrogant and down right nasty Melanie from this company was to me! Bob although antiquated was at least a nice man. Melanie went out of her way to not take blame for her mistakes,tell me how hard she is not going to work for me if Im not in this for the long haul and tried to overwhelmingly push my business away!!!!!!!!! They made big mistakes with my policy that cost me a lot of money and I decided to give them a second chance? Wow what a mistake that was!
